We are a mixed billing practice; the following applies as of 1st July 2024(fee increase applicable)

• The practice is a mixed billing practice. 

  Full payment is required at the time of consultation

   

  Bulk Billing will continue for:      

  • Children under 16 years
  • Concession beneficiary (Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card) 
  • DVA Gold card holders
  • Appointments for follow-up of medical investigations results
  • Care Plans (GP Management Plans & Reviews)
  • Health Assessments (45-49 years, 75 years & Over and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples)
  • All Workcover consultations (if claim is approved) 

   

  All other patients will incur a Private Fee, full payment is required at the time of consultation, using our EFTPOS machine we can submit the claim to Medicare on your behalf and the rebate will be put back immediately into your bank account.  No accounts will be given.

  **Please note, bulk billing is only available with the presentation of a valid Medicare and Concession card as mentioned above, we cannot bulk bill if your card has expired. 

   

  **Please note, all patients of this practice may be asked to pay private fees for procedures. 

   

  **Please note: Telephone/Video consults incur the same fees as in person consultations.

   

  Non-Attendance Fee

  Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to change/cancel your appointment. 

  Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointments will be charged a $50.00 no show fee.  This payment must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment at our practice.

  This practice will provide 1 warning as a courtesy as we understand sometimes appointments are overlooked but frequent non-attendance impacts on the practice ability to offer appointments to others in need of medical care.
