Our team provides pathology collection services onsite, available Monday to Friday mornings. All specimens are sent to Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology for processing.
If your doctor refers you to another health provider, please remember to ask about any potential out-of-pocket costs when booking your appointment.
We recommend that all patients book a follow-up appointment with their doctor to discuss the results of tests or investigations, including pathology, X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and specialist correspondence. Please schedule this appointment at the time your results are expected to be available.

Our practice uses SMS to send health messages, reminders, and non-urgent recall notifications. If you would prefer not to receive SMS messages, please inform our reception team and we will update your preferences.

We are proud to support the training of medical students from James Cook University. From time to time, a student may be present during your consultation as part of their learning experience.
You will always be informed in advance if a student is to be present. If you would prefer not to have a student sit in, simply let your doctor or our reception team know. Your comfort and privacy are our priority — the choice is entirely yours.

Your medical records are confidential and only accessed by authorised personnel.
